Reiki - Traditional USUI Reiki
Reiki sessions are available at your location, long distance or at a location in the Snohomish County area (WA state).
Sessions are 50 minutes – and include 10 minutes before/after session for introduction and integration
1 hr – $75
(sliding scale is available for those in need please inquire for details)
More than 15 miles travel each way will include a travel/mileage fee depending on location. You decide what is the appropriate price for your session. Multiple sessions and/or ongoing treatment are also available for situations which are best served by ongoing Reiki support.

Reconnections Energy Session
Reconnections is a specific vibrational energy modality.
Gentle, relaxing and peaceful – you often fall asleep during the session.
Similar to Reiki – Reconnections energy is transferred while you are on a massage table fully clothed.
1hr – $75

Intuitive Coaching to offer you a better understanding of your gifts and blessings. As we discover how challenges have served to open doors in our life, rather than considering them to be setbacks – you can use your own wisdom and life experience to build what you desire. Learn basic Ho’oponopono techniques to bring more compassion into your life – and release the perception of pain. Sessions include Tarot, Ho’oponopono, Reiki, Reconnections, Elemental energetic tools such as crystals, sound and more.

Medicine Wheel Whole Life Integration -
Calling in the energetics of the Directions – honoring Sky, Earth, Water and Air to aid in understanding where you have been, the challenges of your past and applying wisdom for effectively creating your new now. We will discuss how you can honor and release past experience, while using those lessons to move into living your life with more balance and passion.

Reiki and Energetic Empowerment to assist you in moving more fully into your personal perfection.
Visual Voyage/Guided Meditation to connect you to your Guidance.
This session often includes (or can be held) time outdoors to best appreciate the energy of Nature’s Healing.

Nature’s Blessings-
A life changing opportunity to open your entire body, mind, spirit and emotions and receive confirmation of your personal perfection.
Our time together begins with a relaxing meditation invoking the energy and allowing your imagination to take you to that place which gives you comfort and peace. We will use a variety of tools to assist you in integrating the wisdom and gifts of nature to balance your energy, ‘reframe’ your thoughts and allow for emotional release … opening you more fully to Joy on your Journey.
Calling on my experience guiding people to the energy vortexes in Sedona, AZ – we will work with similar concepts – in the wonderful healing energy of the beautiful Pacific NorthWest.
At the beach, a park or even a visit to the mountains – you choose the location.These sessions work best when you are ready to let go of situations, thoughts, patterns and relationships (of any kind) that have completed their service to you and re-discover a sense of joy in the beauty that is you.
Each will include energetic work for empowering release and strengthening your ability re-discover your inner beauty and personal truth.
