This happens as people, situations, employment and relationships we had come to depend on for a feeling of security are no longer as fulfilling and in some cases not even available. The world around us can feel overwhelming – until we begin to allow ourselves to find our personal center and re-discover important parts of ourselves which may have been caught up in what may appear to be a whirlwind of change.
Have you ever dreamt of a life filled with fulfillment, happiness, peace and love? At some point in our lives most of us have dared to dream of such a perfect world. Maybe it was when you were younger or just maybe it has been recently. In our heart we know that the perfect world must be found within ourselves. We cannot find it anywhere else. I believe that finding that calm within is possible.
This is the time when we can step into our own personal power while connecting with something far more infinite than our human self. Our greatest gift, the gift of free will and choice gives us every opportunity to grow, expand and evolve. We can decide how we will react to events outside of us and make the choice to grow through the challenges. When we are honest with ourselves, open to transforming through those changes rather than stalling out because of them, we can take new initiative in our life.
