Advertising is accepted in *.tif, .pdf, or .jpg format. Print image Resolution should be 300 and color format should be CMYK.
Internet image resolution should be 72 in RGB color format.

When paying with PAYPAL
The Paypal link to the right allows you to transfer any amount. Labelled ‘Donation’ it can also be used to pay for your advertising. Please include your phone number and email address. All advertising can be accomplished through phone and email consultations and file transfer.
Camera ready art can be scanned – with no charge for scanning. Please keep in mind, a digital copy (file on disc) will produce a higher quality ad which will retain better detail through the printing process.
Ads created in Word or other software do not reproduce with the quality you want in your advertisement. They will require reformatting into the appropriate format. Final hard copy to be scanned must be submitted as a quality laser print to reproduce as clearly as possible.

Graphic Design:
We also offer graphic design services. Inquire about rates. Typesetting incurs a one time fee of $15.00. Ongoing/subsequent ads which require content change will incur a minimum $15.00 fee for each month changes are made – call or e-mail for details.

[A]dvertising is paid for when ads are placed
Ongoing agreements require 1st month payment with placement and subsequent monthly payments are debited from Visa/MC account on the 15th of month prior to publication in order to receive discount. All ongoing advertising agreements receive a ‘price lock’ at rate when agreement is made which is in effect for the term of that agreement.
Cancellations – Refunds:
Please check your ad carefully for errors/omissions. VOC offers credit towards advertising (to be used within 4 months) for major errors which affect the material value of the ad. Credit is limited to the value of the ad and applicable to one placement only. As the advertiser, it is your responsibility to contact us after 1st placement if revisions/corrections are necessary.
Returned Check Fee: There is a $25 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.
